At Aipas Electric Bikes, we want you to feel confident in your ride; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your e-bike within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition. Please ensure all original packaging and components are included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the E-Bike

  Carefully disassemble the bike and pack it securely in the original factory box with all chargers, keys, tools, and manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the bike's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
